Amazing Staff, Service, Apartment, and Location.
Positive: The staffs customer service was very accommodating, very helpful, interactive, and professional, not to mention reallynicee. The apartment was as advertised, clean, modern, accommodating, and located really close to downtown Dallas. It was also very spacious, great for a romantic getaway, or family vacation, just as advertised.
Negative: I loved the apartment, staff, as well as location.

Positive: Everything abt location, cleanliness, responsiveness was tops. Very nice hosts always willing to help.
Negative: The check in instructions confused me a little. The exact spot labeled as 5021 also has a place to input password. A new traveller coming with uber wldnt knw there is a stand alone place to inputthe password. Had to ask for help frm a neighbour becouse dint have phone local phone network😊.
Slight confusion but otherwise had a great stay.
