Affordable
Positive: The beds were comfortable and the location was close to where we needed to be every morning
Negative: The floors were dirty. Had to wear shoes constantly cause our socks turned black after walking around for 5 mins. There was a huge dead roach in one of the bathrooms. The floor panels were coming up and separating.

Negative: The neighbor to the right of me arguing loudly other than that I will say it was a wonderful pleasant day

Great place to stay if you have a car
Positive: Clean apartment, newly furnished, well equipped, close to uptown.
Negative: Neighborhood a bit sketchy, not much around. Apartment is a bit dark.
